About St Luke’s Hospice

Founded in 1988, St Luke’s Hospice has been providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care to local people across mid and south Cheshire. Their mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and community support. Nearly 85% of their care is funded through donations, making partners like Continental Bottle—and individuals like you—an essential part of their story.

The hospice offers a wide range of services, including:

• Inpatient end of life care, providing comfort, dignity, and expert support.
• Day hospice services to help patients manage symptoms and maintain quality of life.
• Family support and counselling, including bereavement care for loved ones.
• St Luke’s at Home, bringing specialist care directly to people living with life limiting illnesses within their own homes.

St Luke’s works tirelessly to ensure that anyone facing a life limiting illness can live the best life they can—wherever they choose to receive care. Their ethos is built on service, respect, and the belief that hospice care should be a “beacon of hope” for the community.
